The Coffee
It all starts with the coffee.
We serve Carrow Coffee, roasted in Sligo by the lovely Andrew and Paola. They buy the beans directly from small-scale farmers in Brazil, meaning there are only two steps between the farm and your cup.

We sell a range of tasty snacks and treats that go perfectly with our coffee. Vegan and gluten-free options available.
We are delighted to bring you locally sourced cakes and snacks from The Dingle Food Company and Wild Sage Bakery. We always have a range of options like almond croissants, scones, brownies, apple cakes, pear and almond tarts, flapjacks, cookie sandwiches, cookies, chocolate tarts, raspberry bounty bors, caramel slices and…. well you get the idea you won’t be short of choices!

The Cheese
Coolattin Cheddar and Wilma’s Gouda served on Bloomer Bread with a little chopped onion and Ballymaloe Tomato Relish.
Classic Ham and Cheese
All the glory of The Cheese with the addition of Baked Farmhouse Ham!
The Annascaul Special
Annascaul Black Pudding and goat’s cheese served with caramelised onion. A favourite here in Báinín.
The Vegan
Applewood’s Vegan Cheese with chopped tomatoes and onion served on Bloomer Bread with a little Ballymaloe Tomato Relish.

Our Báinín Bowls are a popular choice for a healthy and tasty start to your day. And it’s vegan too! Overnight oats packed with banana, almond butter and vegan protein powder. Topped off with fresh berries, whole almonds, mixed seeds and coconut.
